The museum needed some artists and designers to create various artworks that helped bring back the German Bauhaus style for their Bauhaus Revival Exhibit so that they could showcase the various elements that still exist through graphic design aesthetics today. They wanted artists to showcase a typeface, Bauhaus aesthetic or both.
I created a series of 3 posters that featured Futura, a very prominent typeface within the Bauhaus era. All three posters feature the creator of the typeface, Paul Renner, the year it was created and some information on how it was used during and after the Bauhaus Era.
